Post 204: CAS Invitation Card

Hi friends :)

Let me start by asking, have you tried distress oxides yet?
If you haven't, please do try. I really love ink blending with them. Since they remain wet for much longer, there is a chance to fix mistakes so that no harsh lines show up. Even if you do not get all the 12 (I didn't get all the 12 either) just get a couple of them to try out the product. It is definitely worth giving a try.

I'd like to share a Clean and Simple Invitation Card.
I've kept it masculine with the use of the black, white and blue color palette and the images of the buildings.
This is a top folding A2 size card.

Synopsis of the Process:

I did masking and ink blending to create the sky and then added the die cut of buildings.
Adhered 4 bright yellow windows indicating the house where the party is at.
Stamped the sentiment which reads, "please join us" and added a couple of enamel dots.
The card panel is a stitched rectangle die cut which was adhered to the card base.

List of Supplies:

Paper Smooches Die- Super 2
